The Agriculture department consists of Animal Science/Veterinary and Plant science.
Animal Science (also bioscience) is described as "studying the biology of animals that are under the control of humankind". It can also be described as the production and management of farm animals. Historically, the degree was called animal husbandry and the animals studied were livestock species, like cattle, sheep, pigs, poultry, and horses. This department consists of different types of material used in animal science and Veterinary. It also includes different chemicals and medicine that are required for the animals.
The Department of Plant Science is Penn State’s hub for teaching, research, and extension programs focused on plant life. Students prepare for leadership roles in production agriculture, education, medicine, government, and more. Staff, faculty, and students explore areas such as plant genetics, cultivation, disease, marketing, and agribusiness. we provide various machines and chemicals required for the plant science lab.
